Greater Cleveland Council B.S.A.

The Lessons of Scouting are best learned, and most fondly remembered, when taught in the outdoors. As the phrase goes Outing is a major portion of Scouting.

The Greater Cleveland Council maintains its camp in Rock Creek, Ohio. Beaumont Scout Reservation, is located approximately 40 miles east from downtown Cleveland, Ohio. It began operating as a camp in 1946 and has grown into a year round facility with camping for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and families.

The camp is a full-service Scout Reservation on 1,260 acres of forests, fields, wetlands and lakes. The facility features 12 lodges sleeping 28-32 with full kitchens and heat is available or you may use the pot belly stoves. During April-October, an additional 8 family cabins are available with bathrooms, heat and small kitchens sleeping 6.
